Hi Ladies,

Happy February! We are well into the new year and I am so proud of how well I did in January. I set some small goals and I was able to accomplish them (Pat on the back for me!). Anyway, I am looking forward to this months challenge. If you are just tuning in, check out some of the latest posts including day one of my Affirmation Challenge. Lucky for you, I will continue to post affirmations every Monday. I will post a #MondayMorningMotivation to help me, as well as you, start the week on a positive note.

Anyway, let’s dive right into Day one of February’s 30 day challenge! This month I will be working on the 30 day body image challenge.  Since February is the month of love, why not show your body some LOVE too. The goal for the next 30 days is to learn to love your flaws and avoid comparisons, which is super hard sometimes when my Instagram is flooded with gorgeous women (insert heart eyes emoji). So make sure you check back and see how I show my body some L-O-V-E.
